The Midwest Products Group success story is
one of dedication and hard work resulting in continual growth.
It reflects humble beginnings, long laborious hours,
and a burning desire to meet the ever-increasing product demands of
its consumers.
In 1983, when Pat Dubbert became President, Chairman of the Board,
and part-owner of Midwest Block & Brick, the company operated from a
single location in Jefferson City, Missouri. Numerous acquisitions later,
Midwest Products Group houses six companies,
including the original Midwest Block & Brick. Jefferson City
remains the corporate headquarters.
These companies and their respective locations are
as follows:
Midwest Block & Brick - Jefferson City,
Kansas City, Columbia, Osage Beach, Wentzville, and Hannibal, Missouri;
Shawnee, Kansas; Waterloo, Quincy, and Springfield, Illinois;
Paducah, Kentucky; and Union City, Tennessee.
Kirchner Block & Brick – Bridgeton, Missouri, and
Wood River, Illinois.
Nattinger Materials Company – Springfield, Missouri.
St. Louis Retaining Wall Company – St. Louis, Missouri.
Joining them are Nawkaw, Mid America Insulation, and Midwest Pre-Mix,
which will service all of the aforementioned areas. The Midwest Products
Group companies offer a full line of masonry and landscape products.
Midwest Products Group is an active member of state associations
and local organizations throughout these areas as well as the National Concrete Masonry Association.
Midwest Products Group's total commitment to product excellence and
customer satisfaction continue to help us maintain our position as an
industry leader. The story of Midwest Products Group teaches a
lesson: commitment, combined with a “Can Do” attitude and
the desire to meet the ever-increasing demand for quality concrete
